I just got my vintage TT jubilee bracelet back from Michael Young in Hong Kong and the result is nothing short of extraordinary particularly in light of the Rolex AD replacement cost for a new one. I just opened up the FedEx overnight envelope and gave it a quick once over on my way out the door..AMAZINGLY TIGHT.as in LIKE NEW!

Most recently got my Datejust serviced and bracelet restored by Michael Young. It did cause some anxiety being shipped there, shipped back, and it being an international transaction/job there was some concern about recourse if things didn’t go as intended. Michael’s workshop is tackling new models day in and day out. They won't ever put a polishing wheel to a bracelet knowing that if they grab your old bracelet and sell you a new one , its more profit for them. Definitely go for the laser welding. I had it done on a submariner bracelet that had 30 years of wear on it. The center links were missing their corners at this stage, but still it came back looking like new. Edit: check my post history for photos of the repair.
