Leveling to 90/90 from 80/90 doesn't get you anything except like 15 points of base attack. Definitely ascend to 80/90 with main dps asap, and sub dps when you can. Don't bother going to 90/90.• 2 yr. ago. Leveling them up to 80 is definitely good. However, level 90 is optional, since it uses a lot of materials. If a character scales from HP or defense, levelling them to 90 will make a notable difference, however if they scale off Atk, then level 80 is fine.
